In 2000, the University of Florida (U.F.) wanted to build a cutting-edge, highly technological cancer treatment program known as Proton Therapy, on the U.F. Public-Private Partnerships

To ensure a new corporate headquarters for Fidelity Information Services (FIS) was built in downtown Jacksonville, our team assisted in negotiating a development agreement between FIS and the City of Jacksonville. The agreement consisted of FIS constructing the approximate 300,000-square-foot headquarters, with the City providing funds for parking and supplying additional land for the site at no cost. The new headquarters site and parking structure will also provide increased access to the Jacksonville Riverwalk for both employees and visitors.
